Are you a fan or collector of classic video games in the Raleigh, NC area?
If so then the Raleigh Area Gaming Expo Classic (RAGE Classic) is for you.
RAGE Classic will be a place to for you to enjoy classic Atari and other
home, handheld, and arcade video games you once played. You'll be able to
try out new classic releases, sample some of the newest music from local,
regional, and maybe even international artists being created with the
assistance of electronics old and new. Browse, buy, sell, trade, display,
show, perform, compete, and enjoy.....
Special Guests: Bradford Mott -- Author of the Stella Atari 2600 emulator,
Mark S -- Former of employee of the Atari Service Service.
Alan Watkins -- Collector of classic video game systems including
over 400 game carts for the Atari 2600
Kirk Adam -- Owner of Glitter Music and Collector of Atari and other Classic Video Game Systems.
Tom Karches -- Local Electronic Technician who currently does modifications to Atari and other Classic Systems. Tom is know for modifing systems with composite video outputs, stereo audio outputs, modifiing nes controllers to work on the Atari 2600 and 7800 machines. Bring your stuff, Tom will be doing modifications at the Expo. Tom is currently working on building a controller for the Atari 5200 machine.
Glitter Music, a local classic video game store that also carries musical inst. and equipment.
